1-FIELD OF APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The present contract concerning the sale of Jnf Productions' products is concluded between the company Jnf Productions, via its electronic sales site www.jnfprod.com, and an individual end purchaser (a person not acting in his professional capacity).

3-LAW APPLICABLE
The present contract is subject to French law.
4-RETENTION OF OWNERSHIP
The resale of products bought on the site www.jnfprod.com is strictly forbidden.
5-PRICES
The prices of products are indicated in euros inclusive of all taxes but excluding delivery costs. www.jnfprod.com reserves the right to change its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the moment the order was recorded subject to availability. Any change in the rate of VAT will be automatically reflected in the price.
6-ORDERS
The acceptance and the confirmation of the order take place by entering data on successive screen pages. These data appear on a summary screen which contains an explicit statement of the purchaser's firm commitment. Once his order is confirmed, the purchaser declares that he accepts all the present general conditions of sale fully and unreservedly. Orders are confirmed to the purchaser by e-mail. The data recorded by www.jnfprod.com constitute proof of all the transactions passed between www.jnfprod.com and its customers. The data recorded by the payment system constitute proof of the financial transactions. www.jnfprod.com reserve the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is an ongoing dispute.
7-METHOD OF PAYMENT
All orders, wherever they originate, are payable in euros. Payment for purchases is carried out immediately by bank card. The use of tried and tested encrypting technologies and secure payment guarantees the purchaser that his bank and personal data will remain confidential.
8-AVAILABILITY
Products are offered for sale within the limits of the available stock. If a product is unavailable after an order is placed, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible by e-mail. He may then request that his order is cancelled via the e-mail address boutiqueinternet@jnfprod.com.
9-DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the purchaser when placing the order. A list of prices is available on demand from the address boutiqueinternet@jnfprod.com. The average delivery time is from 2 to 6 French working days, depending on the destination. This is stated for information only and is not guaranteed. Furthermore, it is suspended as of right by any event beyond the control of www.jnfprod.com which results in late delivery. Late delivery gives no right to withhold payment or claim compensation.
10-VAT AND CUSTOMS DUTY
For France and the 15 European Union countries (Austria, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Spain, France, Great Britain, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden and Finland), French VAT of 19.6% is applied on top of the ex VAT price. For all other countries, invoicing is ex VAT. www.jnfprod.com regrets that it cannot tell the purchaser how much customs duty he may possibly have to pay when receiving the merchandise. The purchaser undertakes to check whether the products may be imported into the country of delivery.
11-NON COMPLIANCE OF THE GOODS DELIVERED
When the products are delivered, the purchaser must check that they comply with the products ordered and that there are no apparent defects. If no complaints or reservations are made by the purchaser on this account, on the day the products are received, those products may not be returned or exchanged, under the provisions of article 1642 of the French Civil Code. If the products delivered do not comply with the products ordered (the confirmation e-mail serving as proof) or if there are apparent defects reported by the purchaser on the day of receipt, www.jnfprod.com undertakes to replace the products delivered by new products identical to the order. The costs incurred by the return, and the delivery of the new products will be paid in full by www.jnfprod.com
12-DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Receipt of the package: the purchaser should not accept any package if the external packing shows signs of damage or leakage. www.jnfprod.com advises purchasers to open the package and check the merchandise before signing for it. If this is not possible, the purchaser is recommended to indicate any reservations on the condition of the merchandise by writing on the delivery note ''subject to verification of the merchandise, given the poor condition of the package (describe the damage)''. www.jnfprod.com and its partner La Poste accept the risks of transport and will reimburse the purchaser on condition that the package is returned to the nearest agent for La Poste with an explanatory letter of complaint, sending a copy by e-mail to the address boutiqueinternet@jnfprod.com
13-GUARANTEES AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE
www.jnfprod.com guarantees that the jewellery sold does not contain the following metals: nickel, lead salt. If the product received has a hidden defect, the purchaser is invited to inform the customer service department of Jnf Productions by e-mail or by fax as soon as possible (see paragraph 17- Customer Service). He must then return the merchandise by post within 30 French working days, enclosing the delivery note and any customs documents. The defective article will then be exchanged (if stocks are available). If and only if the product is not available, www.jnfprod.com undertakes to refund the purchaser all money paid, within a maximum of 30 days. www.jnfprod.com will accept no return of products beyond 30 French working days after delivery.
14-RIGHT OF RETRACTION
If for whatever reason the purchaser is not satisfied, he may exchange his articles or be reimbursed (except for the costs of delivery and return) by sending back the article(s) in their original packaging within 7 French working days from the date of delivery of his order (article L121-16 of the French consumer code). This cooling-off period runs from the day the merchandise is received, to the date of posting indicated on the returned package. The purchaser must therefore return the merchandise at the post office of his choice (paying the cost of return postage himself) within 7 French working days (the date of the postmark serving as proof) enclosing the delivery note and any customs documents. If the customer exercises his right to change his mind, www.jnfprod.com promises to reimburse the purchaser all money paid, in a maximum of 30 days.
15-RESPONSIBILITY
www.jnfprod.com cannot be held responsible for failing to carry out a contract if a product is out of stock or unavailable, in the event of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike of the postal services, means of transport and/or communications or otherwise, flood, fire, etc. Hypertext links may lead to other sites than the site www.jnfprod.com, and www.jnfprod.com declines any responsibility if the content of those sites contravenes the laws or regulations in force.
16-PERSONAL INFORMATION
www.jnfprod.com promises not to divulge the information given by the purchaser to any third party. This information is confidential and will be used by its internal services only for processing orders and for supporting and personalising communications with its customers. In compliance with the French data protection act of 6 January 1978, the customer has the right to access, amend and delete any personal data held on him. 17-CUSTOMER SERVICE
www.jnfprod.com undertakes to reply as soon as possible, and within ten days at the latest, to any order or complaint sent to the customer service department. 18-SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES
